| Gaius Julius Caesar Augustus Germanicus. [link] Commonly known as "Caligula" which means "little boots". The poster boy for insanity and former emperor of the Roman Empire. I have an unhealthy obsession with him at the moment (thanks History Channel...) so I decided to draw him... He's infamous for randomly slaughtering people for no apparent reason, drinking, and crazy sexual behavior... and a creepy attachment to his horse... The title was taken from "Just Dance" by Lady Gaga [link] I was hearing the song over and over again while drawing this. the lyrics sort of relate I guess IDK. That's I drew him with rave lights...
