Hello Zombie by WannabeAnarchist Hello Zombie by WannabeAnarchist
(DISCLAIMER: This is a work of fanart! Therefore, I DO NOT own the character/characters featured in this deviation.)

This was a request from :iconcelticwolf20: who asked me to draw him a "Zombie Hello Kitty". Although, she ended up looking more like a Cannibal with scars... but that's cool to! :icondignitylaughplz: By the way Hello Kitty: I actually do really love you!

Hello zombie is cute yet destructive picture. It’ s basically the opposite of hello kitty in a good way. I mean were tired of the same old, same old with fluffy pink and hugs. Now we get to zombies and cannibals. Blood is shown everywhere which just helps nicely move away the ghastly pink. Also, the limbs on the floor add a nice touch to the zombie factor. Although I can't forget to add the slyish grin she has here that just seems to complete the drawing. All in all in all it is a great drawing, the only downside is that it’s not an original character.

The overall concept of this picture is, in my opinion, rather cliche. Hello Kitty has been depicted as the emo/bloody/evil kitty almost as often as she is depicted as the cute pink one. However, I will admit I don't see her as a ZOMBIE too often so that is a slight plus for originality. I also feel like the arms and legs actually take away somewhat from the effect since they appear to be smaller than her own arms. This makes me wonder if she is eating the brains of tiny people or if she is just a gigantic zombie kitty. The coloring job on the other hand, is very thorough and the thick black lines you used to outline the main subject are not only neatly drawn but serve to make Hello Kitty herself stand out even with all the blood.
